Your tasks with us …
- You are responsible for first and second-level support.
- You will procure new hardware and software and install, configure, and maintain these software components.
- You cooperate with external service providers of data centers, telecommunication systems, and software manufacturers
- You manage user rights and external access
- You take care of ensuring our IT security
- You continuously control all IT systems (overlap with ensuring IT security)
- You secure our data
- You create documentation
You are a perfect fit for us if…
- You have experience in the administration of server components
- You have sound GNU / Linux and general networking skills
- You have skills in working with Apache, Tomcat, Postgres, and Nagios
- You have sound GNU / Linux and general networking skills
- Ideally, you have experience with CI/CD tools and processes and programming knowledge in OOP with JAVA.
- You have strong teamwork and cooperation skills combined with reliability and can contribute your ideas
- You work in a structured and organized manner, are flexible, and can work under pressure and keep track of several tasks simultaneously
