Our ultimate goal is for you to be as enthusiastic about our products, apps and services as we are and to provide everything related to the products to other departments. To this end, we are looking for “product hosts” for our customers and employees who are proactive and have strong organizational and communication skills.
Your tasks with us…
- You get to know our apps and services and understand how they work
- You develop summaries for the apps and services that answer important questions and create handouts in collaboration with our marketing department
- You act as a contact person for the apps and services for internal and external users, answer questions and provide assistance
- You provide training on the apps and services
- You act as an interface between users and development for continuous improvements
- You keep an eye on the market situation and point out any innovations in the field of online financial services
You are a perfect fit for us if…
- You have successfully completed a degree in information technology with a focus on (business) informatics or a comparable information technology apprenticeship
- You are enthusiastic about products, apps and services in the financial services sector
- You are familiar with the technical background of online services in the payment sector and can grasp, understand and explain them clearly
- Ideally, you are familiar with banking products, services and apps
- You are fluent in German, have excellent written communication skills and are business fluent in written and spoken English
