Sales Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for sales guarantors who live and breathe sales, are proactive, committed and strong communicators.
Your tasks with us…
- In the first instance, you build up a structure with the support of other departments, on the basis of which a successful sales process is created
- You analyze our competitive advantages for future customers and build a sales strategy based on this
- You create the necessary documents for a sales process in collaboration with our marketing department
- You start with the acquisition of new customers based on the opportunities you have created yourself and adjust aspects that can be optimized if necessary
- You are responsible for conducting negotiations with potential new customers
- You actively cultivate customer relationships
You are a perfect fit for us if…
- You have successfully completed a business degree with a focus on marketing, sales, entrepreneurship or comparable commercial training and have several years of professional experience
- You are familiar with the background processes of successful sales
- You work in a structured and organized manner and can keep an eye on several tasks at the same time
- Your friendly and engaging demeanor and your rhetorical skills merge into positive persuasiveness towards customers
- You are fluent in German, have excellent written communication skills and are business fluent in written and spoken English
